Everyone gets angry sometimes, Anger is a perfectly natural emotion, it is a response to feeling threatened, deceived or treated unfairly. Anger becomes a problem when you regularly express your anger through unhelpful or destructive behaviour, when it harms you or the people around you.

Anger can be focussed externally- shouting, physical violence threatening behaviour.
